EMPLOYEE TRAINING
As one who has worked "both sides of the desk," I bring an unusual perspective to this critical task, combining my experience as a staff worker, a manager, an entrepreneur and an employment lawyer to provide practical and accessible training programs. Sessions run between 2 and 4 hours. Managers and supervisors are trained separately. Comprehensive materials, tailored to each employer, are provided.
INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS Employee claims must be fully investigated to mitigate liability. I have conducted well over 100 internal investigations within companies with anywhere from 5 to 5,000 employees, regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, overtime, whistleblowers and audits of employer practices conducted by the US Department of Labor, the EEOC and the OFCCP.
