Kathleen Dillon Hunt graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Washington, California and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the California Chamber of Commerce, the District of Columbia Bar Association, Washington Women Lawyers, the Washington Employment Lawyers Association, and the King County Bar Association, and a previous member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the American Inns of Court, the San Francisco Lawyers Club, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Previously associated with the two foremost labor and employment law firms in the Bay Area --- Littler Mendelson and Schachter Kristoff Orenstein & Berkowitz --- Kathleen launched her own firm in 1996, and was in 1997 awarded the coveted "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Kathleen brings nearly 20 years of business experience to her practice, more than 10 years of which were spent in an executive capacity in the local, domestic and international courier industry. As President/Owner of Kangaroo Delivery Systems in San Francisco, Kathleen founded and served as president of the first statewide trade association for couriers --- the California Delivery Service Association.
A previous member of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Human Resources Association ("NCHRA"), as well as a member of the national Society of Human Resource Management ("SHRM"), Kathleen has maintained her focus on employment issues throughout her business and professional career.
